I love to teach! I have worked with students ranging from age five to twenty-five, and I have enjoyed it all. I love working with kids, students, or adult learners. As a tutor, I bring traditional education experience, plus enthusiasm for learning. My appreciation for the learning process, and my desire to teach professionally, have evolved through my own studies. Currently, I am in my final year at the University of Houston. I am earning my degree with a double major in Philosophy and English. I am also in the process of applying to graduate schools. I plan to one day teach at the university level. I am available to tutor in the literary arts, philosophy, and all related subject matter. I can also assist with test prep for the PSAT, SAT, and ACT. When I am not teaching or working with students, I am either immersed in a good book, or you can find me playing the jazz trumpet.
