In college, I worked at the University of Houston Writing Center as a Writing Consultant and a Teaching Assistant. I would love to help your student with homework, or go over concepts learned in class. Weekly or bi weekly meet ups at a location of your choice. As a TA for a remedial English 1300 class, I was responsible for planning, assigning homework, creating online discussion topics, teaching writing concepts, and revising online drafts. I am a big believer in positive reinforcement and instilling confidence in the students I tutor. I would love to draw up a personalized study plan for your student!
